Who you’d be working with

I’m Christian Campbell. I work with owners as their AI operating partner: I sit with your team, find where work is getting stuck, and use AI to cut a cost or raise revenue. Then I keep going, month after month, instead of handing you one project and leaving.

You already believe in AI. The question is where it goes in your business, and who carries it once it’s in. That second part is my job.

Why me

Thirteen years as a backend engineer. I run backend engineering today, and the last few years have been AI systems that went to production and got measured.

• I built a conversational agent that qualified and booked recruits by text for a national direct-sales recruiting operation. It ran the same script the call center ran, across about 2,500 recruits, and booked around 74% — roughly 7 points better than the human team.
• I took a list of 523 leads a business had written off and got 17 qualified buyers back out of it, for about $200 of model cost. The agent found and qualified them. Her team closed them.
• I ran 10,000+ customer conversations through an analysis pipeline and surfaced the six UX problems actually driving support volume.
• I built an AI-assisted workflow for my own development team that took us from 2–3 features a week to 6–12.

I’ve also built one that didn’t work: a support chatbot scoped too wide, so it answered about 7% of questions. We retired it. The lesson: one team, one number, then the next.

How I work with your team

1. Pick one number. A cost line or a revenue line your business already runs on. We set a target together.
2. Sit with the people who do the job. Learn the real version of the process — the judgement calls, the exceptions, the part nobody wrote down.
3. Build the simplest thing that moves it, and measure it against how the team did it before. Including when it loses.
4. Move to the next bottleneck. That’s the point of a partner instead of a project.

What happens if something happens to me

You shouldn’t own something only I understand.
